1 Liter is a film directed by Eko Junianto in 2015. The film also won a film festival held by Pertamina.The main characters in this film are Prio Pembudi and Andrianto.The film is set in Karangreja, Purbalingga. So that it uses Javanese, especially "Ngapak".
1 Liter is a comedy themed short film, but it also has educational value.This film tells the story of dishonesty from the gasoline seller.The story begins when Prio is a student who buys gasoline for Rp. 8,500 to Andri, but the dose is only half a bottle.
The conflict began when Prio refused only half a bottle of gasoline, Andri also said that the other half was to replace his losses due to being ticketed by the police. However, Prio was forced to buy it. The next day, Prio returned to buy more gasoline, Andri gave him a full bottle for Rp.10,000 for the same reason.Prio was forced to buy it.
The third day, Prio returned to buy gasoline, Andri gave him a half-bottle dose and the price was Rp. 8,500. Finally, Prio was angry because of Andri's dishonesty and was willing to lead his motorcycle to another gas station.
This film depicts dishonesty committed by retail gasoline sellers who are not exemplary.The cast also showed scenes that were good and very soulful. In addition, despite using Javanese, this film is also easy to understand because of the subtitles in the film.
